DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTIONS

POSITION TITLE: The Director

DEPARTMENT: Home Care

REPORTS TO: Governor

OVERVIEW:

Job Description: The Director is responsible for the overall management of the agency. The governing directs these services.

Duties and Responsibilities
Specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Duties include full authority and responsibility for the operations of this agency.
Direct the planning and Implementation of all activities.
Supervise all other direct care staff.
Responsible for ensuring all staff-required training is completed.

Plans all staff meetings.
Carry out organizational and administrative duties.

Process New Admlssions/non-medical.
Represent the agency In a loyal, caring professional manner.
Attend all required services.
Keep staff abreast of changes and trends regarding this agency.

Other duties as assigned.

Educations and Experiences
Experience as a manager In a homecare agency or related.
Must be 18 years of age.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare environments.
